MFP-3D Atomic Force Microscope Electrochemical Cell
A multifunctional platform for conducting electrochemical experiments using AFM/SPM.
The electrochemical cell (EC cell) dedicated to the MFP-3D AFM/SPM from Asylum Research enables in situ observation of the deposition, oxidation, corrosion, and mass transport of metals and other substances. It allows for high-precision monitoring of nanoscale shape changes caused by electrochemical reactions. The cell has a heating function (optional) that operates from room temperature up to 60°C and can function in a fully sealed environment.
